IT Luggage cases are they any good?

We travel in 4 days and I need to buy suitcases anybody have or used IT Luggage cases? If so are they decent enough? And for seasoned travels what size would I need to buy to hold 23kg of luggage? Family of 5 pooling our allowance so hoping to for everything into 3 cases weighing no more than 23kg each, we will have some allowance left for a 4th case if needed. Why I have left buying cases to the last minute I don't know but IT Luggage I can click and collect at a few shops close to me but other suggestions welcome if these are crap.

They're pretty good for the money and the design means that the case takes less of your luggage allowance and fits more in than a lot of cases.

I only have the cabin sized one but it's been in the hold a few times with no issues - they do seem flimsy but they seem to stand up fine to the baggage system. I just make sure anything potentially breakable is well wrapped and bagged or in my hand luggage.

How many cases will depend on how much stuff you want to take. If it's a warm weather holiday with no specialist sporting/medical equipment, you'll probably only need the equivalent of a large cabin case or suitcase slightly larger than the cabin limit per person anyway, which will weigh around 10-12 kilos when full of clothes and a few toiletries.

I would have thought 3 medium ones would be enough for the five of you unless you're the sort to take 2 outfits per person per day, with shoes and lots of towels, gadgets and straightners etc.

We have 4 of the medium sized ones, once full with toiletries, hair dryer, straighteners, clothes, shoes and beach towels for 10 days, they weigh roughly 19kgs each.

We've had them 6 years now, and they've been on 11 holidays, and are still in good condition.

My sons have the cabin bags for their luggage and they have been on several flights, car trips and even a school camp - no problems so far. Not a bad little case.

Thanks glad to hear they are ok little cases, with leaving it so late I guess I have to go with what the shops have left to collect. Going away for 2 weeks the youngest is 6 so her stuff is only little so hopefully 2 medium 1 large will work. Ds who is 8 is like a dirt magnet he has perfected the art of get dressed into clean clothes then an hour later look like he has had them on all week still not sure how he managed it

I have cabin one and it's great. Ordered from Amazon so you should be able get quickly.

I've seen them in Argos, Matalan and BHS when it existed.

My Dd's have them for school trips. I found B&M were the cheapest.

We’ve used a cabin one for years, they’re good quality for the price.
