Is there anyone who is much more eloquent than myself willing to help ?
Aghhh I have spent the last hour writing and deleting an email trying to thank a stranger that has gone above a beyond anything I expected in order to help one of our Clients but I just cant seem to find the right words ...
Please excuse the vagueness but a bit of background for context :
I work in healthcare and due to this vunerable patients personal circumstances they were unable to access an essential service that many of us take for granted .
Anyway via google I found a London based charity that had set up a scheme offering this service to people in the same situation,I made contact asking if they knew of anything similar locally – they responded with the name of a local gentleman who ‘may be able to help’
To cut a long story short this person has gone out of their way to help and has even personally carried out this service which also involved 'calling in a couple of favours’ from his network.
