Please can someone help me with my boundary deeds.
I’ve asked my solicitor but she just said anything with an inward T is mine.
It’s not as simple as that though. They’ve left loads of things off of the deeds.
So I’ve attached an image of the deeds. We are plot 41. And I’ve attached a photo of lots of things missing that I’ve drawn on.
There are 4 garages that aren’t shown on the plan. And there is a driveway between us and plot 40, with a drive each separated by a 6 foot fence which isn’t even shown in the deeds. The blue dotted line is the fence in between the driveways.
The orange zig zags are fence and where it’s just red the boundary is the brick wall of ours or our neighbours garage.
So 2 questions. My inward T looks like it’s the boundary at the bottom of our garden, but this also includes the back of 2 other peoples garages. Surely I’m not responsible for maintaining the back of someone else’s garage?
Or does the inward T just mean that tiny bit of orange fence on the right of the T? Or both bits of fence at the bottom of our garden?
Also no driveways are shown and no separating driveway fence.
Who is responsible for maintaining this, as it’s currently almost fallen down!
