DC squint suddenly noticeable

DC has a micro-squint, not at all noticeable and only picked up by the opthalmologist during investigations for a lazy eye (it was the micro-squint causing the lazy eye). Lazy eye was treated with eye drops to blur the vision in her other eye and make the lazy one work harder. We had a follow up appointment last month and they said the lazy eye was much improved and there was no worsening of the micro-squint.

Over the weekend, the squint has suddenly become very noticeable. I'm avoiding googling it.

I've rang the opthalmologist and they're going to see her in two weeks time but should I be pushing for something sooner?

Optician today if you can, GP if not.

It’s worth it just in case, but also to save you having a hellish two weeks of worry and googling.

I'm waiting on the GP calling me back now.

She's been referred to the eye hospital, they rang me not long after the GP emailed it through to say that they need to see her within the next two weeks so we've got an appointment the week after next. Thank you for asking.
