Nice restaurant in Christchurch, Dorset

Can anyone recommend a nice, smartish restaurant for a Birthday meal in Christchurch please?

Fish if possible but we also have an 11 year old non fish eater and a vegetarian .

Captains Club - very nice, lovely setting by river

Noisy Lobster - fabulous food and great for evenings as well as lunches

Boathouse - great food, live music Saturday nights, great for kids being able to run around outside and go over to the great playground nearby while you finish your meal

Good recommendations 👍🏻👍🏻 the only one to add would be the beach house over on hengistbury head

The Jetty at Christchurch harbour hotel is the best by far. Great views and amazing food
