Moving abroad with a 2yo and 3month old, no language, no help

Possibility of moving to another country has been brought up. The problem is, it would be a house that would need totally redcorating and part renovating but would be livable. (almost farm like land too)
It would be in a country where I can't speak more than a few random simple words, but my sister and bil would be 3hours drive away (fluent).
It would be me with a 2year old toddler who I'd want in some sort of play group/social setting on a regular ish basis, and a 3 month old. And two dogs. Possibly our poultry too.
Dh would only be able to make it to us every (maybe other) weekend.
Unsure on the car situation, would assume I'd eventually get one there but would only be in a small village with a few amenities in the meantime.
But it would be the start of our dream life in 5-7years time.
Would you take the risk?

No way Jose.

No!

Sounds like the life from hell.

Hard enough if you live in a town/village with your DP - but all alone + toddler & baby, no car, no language - it will destroy you.

Sorry to be so harsh but it needs saying.

Take a deep breath & think again.

What's the rationale behind such a move?

Why would your dh only make it back some weekends? That sounds mental!

What kind of country are we talking here?

More or less equality? Freedom for women etc?

Why would your H be away so much?

I’d suggest it’s too soon, you can’t be alone and a fragmented family for these important years in the kids lives, IMO anyway

Your relationship would suffer I think
