My brother and I can be quite childish when we're together and the other day during one of our childish moments I called him a 'tool', an insult I haven't used since I was in my teens! It got me thinking about other insults we used back then that we no longer say (or maybe teens still do and I just don't know it because I'm no longer a teen) - I recall 'wank stain' being one particular favourite 
Does anyone else have any old favourites they want to share? I think I've forgot most of the ones we used!
