Where’s nice for a holiday in November?

End of November. Not too far away but nice and warm. Relaxing but a bit of history/interest/views. Maybe beachy if warm enough but not vital.

I went to Barcelona in November and it was fairly warm and lovely!

Not sunbathing warm though!

I went to fuengirola (sp?) Costa del sol in November 2 years ago, weather was between 18-20 degrees with actual sunshine though not that horrid muggy heat. We stayed on the strip so beach right outside and its a lovely one. Lots of nice cafes, a few run by ex-pats. Not much history that I saw but there is a fantastic conservation zoo called "bio Parc" in the town that I would highly recommend for the kids.

Cyprus. We once went in January and you had to wear a cardigan at times, but it was pleasant, sunny, loads of history and things to do. We took a jeep safari into the mountains and enjoyed the snow at freezing, whilst next to the coast it was about 18 degrees. Also, as it's off peak, the business owners are more pleased to see you and you get treated like royalty!

Malta!

We've been in November and December. The sea is surprisingly warm in early November!

It's quiet, beautiful, the history and scenery are incredible. So much to see and do, and incredible with young kids too if you have them. Hire cars are dirt cheap (we paid £25 for a fiesta for a week in November), driving is easy and they drive on the left! The island is tiny, and you can drive around t easily in a day.

Go to Gozo for a day, utterly beautiful, incredible and so different to Malta for somewhere so close!

Can recommend it enough!

Cape Verde - it's about 6 hours away, should be over 25c (they are also same timezone).
