Multiple allergies cooking

Could anyone please recommend a website that I can use for recipes please?

I have multiple food allergies and am also diabetic. I am so bored eating the same safe things especially for breakfast/lunch.

Dinner is easy, I have that one figured out but I don’t particularly want to eat cereal, was never a fan, even as a child, and find I am just eating free from bread as toast a lot. I am bored but it is safe. I particularly want to reduce the carbs I am eating because of my diabetes. I eat a lot of soup for lunch.

I am allergic to eggs, nuts (all nuts), gluten sensitive and type 2 diabetes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I also do not have a lot of money, I can’t afford expensive ingredients.

Thank you

It's not one website but I find Pinterest useful for finding recipes that fit my restrictive diet. You do need to read up on common substitutions to work around recipes that aren't quite right though. For example using gf flour, egg replacers (there are lots of good guides if you google it), tahini or sunflower seed butter instead of nut butters etc.

Have you experimented with yogurt at breakfast? Or making an omelette like dish with tofu? Searching for vegan omelette should give you some options.

For interesting food with cheap ingredients I like:
cookingonabootstrap.com
For suiting lots of dietary needs I like veganricha.com. Obviously you can add meat to her recipes, but there's no eggs and plenty of gluten free, low carb, nut free options.

I hope that helps.
