Put the bags in a locker for the day?

PeridotCricket · 19/08/2018 10:35

Download city stasher and find somewhere to leave them.

Definitely use the left luggage facility at King's Cross - or St Pancras. You'll get sick of pulling the bags round with you and I wouldn't assume museums, etc, will let you leave bags over a certain size in the cloakroom (and they certainly won't let them in).

def left luggage at the station if you cannot leave your stuff with the hotel concierge....where did you stay?

the museums (NHM/Science)have cloakrooms/bag drops too, but i dont know if they will take suitcases.

What sort of stuff do you like doing? Is it adults or kids too. Think we might need a bit more info Confused

British Library, then the champagne bar at the St Pancras Hotel

Leave bags at hotel. Should be free.
Southbank on.a Sunday should be quite interesting.
Borough Market near.London Bridge.
Camden Market

Welcome collection is near by. Fascinating and free.

Two adults who are now wanting to meet me on their last day. They are east end somwont be leaving bags there. They will check out at 12. So i have to go and meet them. They are too hungover to think about food yet. Besides, we will go to Leons before they get on the train. One needs new cheap gym gear buts its not urgent.

Do you have to meet them? Sounds so dull- hungover and dragging bags.

If it was East End and without bags, I'd say Columbia Road flower market.

You could see whether there's a left luggage facility at Liverpool Street? Then they could leave bags there and you could head off into Billingsgate Market or to somewhere like Breakfast Club for brunch. It would then be an easy ride round to King's Cross on the tube from Liverpool Street.

Probably won't appeal to hangovers but the Museum of London is a good option on that side of London. As is the Geffrye Museum and Dennis Severs' House but you'd have to check opening times.

With hangovers, I'd leave the bags at St Pancras or King's Cross and head to Granary Square for brunch, then maybe walk along Regent's Canal - or head up to Camden for brunch and a wander down the canal back to King's Cross.
