And it is bloody delicious!

I was out recently (a rare occasion with 2 preschoolers) and I heard a woman order one at the bar after her meal and it piqued my interest so I ordered one after my dinner and it was divine.

I realised this evening whilst having a gin that I had everything to make one. It's pretty good! But I'll prob be up all night...

Looking for inspiration, what cocktails do you make at home?

Following with interest. How did you make yours?

I make Caipirinhas, absolutely love them but they will get you bladders if you drink too many!
I do like to drink my gin in lots of different ways - tonight I have Hendricks with Fever Tree, cucumber and Rosemary.

My favourite but don't drink 3 after midnight if you don't want to be wide awake all night Grin

I do single vodka, double khulua (so?) shot of Tassimo espresso. Have tried various recipes, can do with baileys too.

Love cocktails such as gin, prosecco and elderflower. You can make all sorts with prosecco, just chuck any old spirit and fruit based drink in there. Always tastes good.

I make French Martinis at home

inso · 18/08/2018 23:13

I made it with 1 shot of everything - Kahlua, espresso and vodka. I have a Lavazza coffee machine so made a shot of coffee and used that.

I love elderflower but haven't actually had it in a cocktail as yet. Should definitely try gin and elderflower.

@Catfacecats that looks and sounds delicious!

@lancaster I used to make french martinis at home all the time. It took me a while to get the measurements right but when I did they were amazing!

@ZanyMobster I think mine might have been missing the double Kahlua Grin

I think the proper recipe is double vodka and single kahlua but I prefer the other way round.

Last NYE my friend made espresso martinis with instant coffee Shock

Gin and elderflower is lovely, we also had sloe gin, prosecco and bitter lemon with is nice.
