Help: present idea?

Gift we ordered didn't get delivered yesterday despite me sitting in allllllll day. Need to buy present before seeing family member tomorrow. But already have 3 other friend/family engagements in between meaning we are busy driving/socialising except for early tomorrow morning. What can I get for a 75 year old lady. Very well presented but health problems and can't really walk or get out much. Not makeup not clothes not perfume. Not a foodie so much as very particular about food. Offended easily. Central London right now but need to be on outskirts of greater London in 2.5 hours. Going to pick up the hire car shortly. Dragging 3 kids around. Help!

Sorry; was packing for overnight. She doesn't like plants, we've tried it before. We are not at home so don't have photos around, and have given a lot of frames before. Not sure there is space (literally) for more!

Glam magazine subscription

If she’s very well presented how about some lovely luxury handcream? Quite a few Jo Malone or L’Occitane stores around in central London. Or a voucher for a mobile manicure so that she can have a bit of grooming without having to go out?

A lovely blanket for on the sofa? There are lots of White Company store about which do a lovely range. They also do beautiful slippers, candles and Reed diffusers.

A teacup set with some nice breakfast tea

witwootoodleoo · 18/08/2018 08:48

Also in case you’re not aware if you’re going to shop tomorrow morning, in central London lots of shops don’t open until 11.30 or 12.00 to maximise Sunday trading opportunities.

MPForFlydaleNorth · 18/08/2018 08:50

What had you ordered?

sentenceinterrupted · 18/08/2018 08:53

We ordered what she asked for; some nice perfume...

I'm thinking the mobile manicure is a great idea, thank you! I don't think she can get to her feet so a mani/pedi I can buy now online is fantastic ...
