Just venting my frustration of the application process!
It had taken me the best part of the day and still have a chunk today, which includes trawling through 12 months of bank statements to find out the EXACT amount we earned the previous year.
And don’t get me started on the online verification of my identity!
Has anyone else had much luck with this process? It’s such a farce i’m not surprised people are leaving it until they have no choice to switch over!
Have no choice but to go through with it as it’s now cancelled our tax credits.
