15 blouses in my wardrobe - too many?

Just interested if that’s an excessive amount. Bought about six blouses recently but they were mainly replacements for ones I had ruined or worn out. But I feel like I’ve gone OTT now and feel guilty.

Yes if they're all similar (I know someone who has about 30 white lace/broderie anglais blouses - why?!) no, if they're all different colour/pattern etc

Depends whether you're a 20/80 victim. If you wear 20% of your clothes 80% of the time, then it's wasteful to have so many. If OTOH you genuinely do get use out of all of them, then no, it's not excessive if you can afford them.

Will you wear them all? If so it's not a waste. I need to do a clear out if my wardrobe.. I buy new clothes but don't get rid of old stuff.

Yes they are all different colours and styles and I ring the changes depending what I’ve got on that week. But I’m just conscious that all I seem to purchase are blouses!

And just realised it’s actually 17!

I'm like that with dresses. I've got 19 knee-length, and 15 maxi dresses
