Are anyone with Economy energy for there gas and electric, we are and are currently well over £300 in credit so have requested a refund of £300 and have spoken to three people who have all given different information and reasons why we have not received our refund.
The latest reason that apparently we have to leave four months worth of direct debit payments on our account which seems ludicrous, I looked at the terms and conditions and can’t find any reference to this, does anyone know if this is is right?
Getting really frustrated by this now.
