Singapore chow mein here as DH forgot to get steak out of freezer this morning. I'm fuuuuuming

How do people last until 7.30 or 8pm for dinner? What time do you have lunch?! I order takeaways as soon as they open at 5pm!

Breakfast 9.30am lunch 1.30pm dinner 7.30/8pm

Ooh we just ordered Vietnamese food,

Avocado summer rolls
Papaya Salad
Salt and Pepper Squid
Bun Ha Noi (Pork and noodles and salad)

Really excited as had a shit day and need some tasty food.
£25 for enough for two to share.

We are cooking tonight. Rib eye steak with asparagus, my mash and bernaise sauce.

I wasn't hungry before I opened this thread!

This is totally how I'm referring to kebabs in future....I'll have to enquire as to the local griller's origin to be specific enough.

Smoked cod with crushed roast potatoes and roasted pepper & tomato, courgette ribbons. All home made. (Well, we did buy the cod!)

I want a takeaway now! But I'm having to cook. We're on an economy drive and also we go on holiday next week so need to be good.

Pre holiday Chinese for 3 off us.

Special fried rice
Duck chow main
Plain fried noodles for the fussy one

Fully excited I'm having a Chinese take away.
Special fried rice and prawn curry with some prawn crackers. I'm famished! Been staving myself most of the day it's the only day I eat rubbish so I want to make the most of it.😊

I went out for lunch and didn't think I was hungry so I've just got a cheese sandwich. Turns out after reading this thread I am starving!

Not exactly a takeaway but easy food: Pieminister pies to shove in the oven (probably a beef one and a chicken one of some kind). Will show some green veg the microwave and cover it in balsamic vinegar, and may bust out the oven chips too.

My local Asian fusion takeaway used to do amazing Shanghai noodles but have taken them off the menu It was months ago but I'm still not over it. Singapore noodles just aren't as good.

Dang! Had Chinese last night... making do with eggs-n-bacon tonight..

I ordered mine last night as 2 yo DS had his (v delayed) vaccinations at 5, and we got home (and calmed down!) too late to cook.

I had palak paneer and chicken pakoras
DS unspiced chicken pakoras, fries and salad

I had the remnants of all of it jumbled onto one plate and bunged in the microwave for dinner this evening

Nothing. Ds is in bed and dh is at work. I'll cook myself something when ds finally settles down

Planning a Indian takeaway on payday.
Paneer tikka shashlik, onion bhaji, tarka dhal and garlic and coriander naan.

My daughter and I have just shared sweet corn egg drop soup, salt and pepper tofu, rice and veggy spring rolls. It was sooooooo nice

Just finished a veg thali- lentil dhal, chick peas, veg curry, sag aloo, rice and bread. Yuuummmm!!

Toast with veggie herb pate - I had a meal earlier. Might need an extra snack though...

Home made chicken korma, it was lush
