I've been getting flushed cheeks and bridge of my nose sporadically over the last week or so, it's not an all-over hot flush or anything like that, seems unrelated to whether I'm feeling warm or cold at the time. Does anyone have any ideas of possible causes? Haven't changed my skincare routine or anything like that.
