Rather boring but I can't find the answer anywhere.

Does anyone know how to convert an Italian mobile number to a UK mobile number while the person is in the UK?

I'm pretty sure you would just call the number the same way you would call it on Italy.
To have a Uk number the user would have to by a new UK sim
