Looking at the kitchen stand mixer 175 ,
Has anyone got one of these beasts ? Any opinions good or bad ? Ok I know they are expensive but I fancy a treat after living in a hovel for ages whilst our cottage has been refurbished , I like the idea of all the add on gadgets like the pasta making stuff and sausage maker as well as a decent powered mixer
Just a bit of background - I'm a competent cook , like baking but out of practice , just cook for pleasure , love experimenting, love gadgets . Just myself & DP
