Can a tooth bridge be re-cemented and it back on?

As the title says - my bridge has fallen out this afternoon; I’m trying to get an emergency appointment at the dentist tomorrow as we’re off on holiday on Sunday - receptionist says it’s an emergency appointment required, not me - but will it be as simple as glueing my bridge back on?

The bridge looks clean and there’s a wee bit cement left on the tooth it usually fixes to.

I’ve only had it a year so didn’t expect it to come away this early on!
