Vaccine question

Quick question - does anybody know if it matters if the vaccines given at 2, 3 and 4 months are spread out? Will it affect how well they work in any way?

The situation is that DS had the first two rounds on time, but when I rang to book the four month/third set, between our holiday next week and the practice nurse’s holiday after that, they will not be given until about 7 weeks after the second lot. The receptionist was quite worried about it (which is why I am thinking about it!) but of course she’s not a doctor, and there was nobody free for her to ask. Does anyone know if it matters at all?

Thank you!
