I can hear my neighbours shagging

And they live over the bloody road!! Every other night you can hear her screaming. It sounds like we live in the zoo.

These neighbours keep themselves to themselves (perfect!) and seem really quiet except for their shagging.

I really don't know how their next door neighbours put up with her. They can hear her too.

Wibu to stick a note through the door telling her to shut the fuck up as the whole of the close can hear her?

We live in terraced houses closely paced together. But over the toad can hear her. I mean seriously

Lucky her 😂

ClandestineAdulation · 15/08/2018 23:33

Just make sure you applaud loudly when they’re done, maybe even a few cheers.

Electrascoffee · 15/08/2018 23:34

Seriously though it’s not really on no. She must know people can hear (maybe that’s a thing for her)

holidaylady · 15/08/2018 23:35

Clandestine that's a great idea! Maybe set off a few fireworks for good measure?
They might get the message to tone it down a bit!

Chocolou · 15/08/2018 23:37

I would cheer but I don't want to be seen as the one complaining.

Luckily she's quite quick 😂. Every other night I hear them. It's taking the piss. You can set your watch by them they're very consistent!

Yep, I’d be leaning out the window and doing a really loud slow hand clap so they could definitely hear it.

Unless they like being heard, of course.

MeMyselfand · 15/08/2018 23:40

Shout "SHUT THE HELL UP" out the window

ClandestineAdulation · 15/08/2018 23:42

Fireworks sound like a great idea holiday

On a serious note, Choco, are you close with these neighbours? Could you mention it to them when you see them next and tell them that you can hear them? They’d surely get the hint but maybe they don’t realise quite how loud they’re being...

Electrascoffee · 15/08/2018 23:42

I think they surely must like being heard.

Chocolou · 15/08/2018 23:44

Don't know them at all sadly. She will very occasionally say hello but he never ever looks up even.

Is a note through the door too passive aggressive?

OP posts:
CocoLoco87 · 15/08/2018 23:47

I don't think a note is passive aggressive. I'd be mortified if I thought our neighbours could hear us! I'd want to know...and then I'd have to move house Blush

AHintOfStyle · 15/08/2018 23:47

Odds are that if she’s that fucking loud, she’s faking.

PurpleCrazyHorse · 16/08/2018 00:28

Maybe you have my ex neighbour. She was a Friday and Saturday night screamer. I popped round with a parcel I'd taken in and apologised that they could probably hear our children, especially as the walls upstairs are paper thin. Then I went on to say that I believe their bedroom is at the front, next to ours Grin They broke up a short while later and moved out.

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 16/08/2018 00:32

Oops sorryBlush I'll come more quietly in future.WinkGrin
I'll get my coat

mimibunz · 16/08/2018 00:37

We had neighbors like that and it turns out they were TTC. Tiny, quiet couple but they could shag The walls down.

PickAChew · 16/08/2018 00:41

The Ord it and post the evidence through their letterbox with a stcu note.

Jupiter9 · 16/08/2018 00:46

Do you wish it was you having a good time?

AornisHades · 16/08/2018 00:52

This is the ideal opportunity to do the WIFi thing of 'Mrs58OrgasmsTooLoudly'.

Misericord · 16/08/2018 00:55

Someone is taking inspiration from Avenue Q!

Rebecca36 · 16/08/2018 02:05

If they slept in a back bedroom it might help. I don't know how you can suggest that though if you don't know them.

Chocolou · 16/08/2018 11:24

jupiter9 I'm quite happy with my sex life thanks so the answer to your question is no.

rebecca they do sleep at the back!! Confused they're tiny houses and not that well built if I'm honest so you tend to hear everything especially at night as you can hear a pin drop in our close.
