What would you call these? And where can I find one?

The cardboard or paper centres for old phones that you put your phone number on.

I have searched ebay and googled things like vintage phone centres, phone centres, old phone centres, but I can't find one anywhere.

Anyone got any ideas?

Try vintage telephone number cards or vintage telephone dial labels - I'm not too up on old phones so not sure if this is the right thing but it looks like it is.
