A pp has recommended ahaparenting.com which is my go-to resource and has never yet let me down. The author has a great book called calm parents, happy kids which I have read and would recommend, particularly the bits about making sure that you care for yourself and manage your own reactions so that you're able to parent effectively!

Best parenting book I have come aacross is 'What Every Parent Needs To Know' by Margot Sunderland. It starts with babies, right through to pre-school children and is very insightful and helpful.

Yes, I second Margot Sunderland. She’s excellent on teenagers too.
