Help!! Airport parking

Flying at 4 am tomorrow, so booked airport parking a few days ago at Gatwick. Tried to log into site to print info and it's saying I don't exist! Can I just turn up?? They didn't send an email confirming the booking but the money went from my account and they havent been answering the phone. Any ideas? Do I need to reboot??

did you book via the official airport site?

yes you can just turn up, but booking is usually cheaper.

I had this once with Gatwick. I managed to sort it out over the phone. They did have my booking.

Looked in junk and nothing. It was via the official site and the money has gone from my account.
Glad to hear it worked out for you eurochick though have to leave home in 3 hours and phone not being answered so guess I have to chance it!

When you arrive it has one of those number plate recognition things at the barrier to link you to your booking. Ours didn't work last week but I got an email the next day telling us to go to the attendants booth when we got back and it was all sorted out easily there. So I imagine you can do the same. Worst case you turn up, take a normal ticket and sort it out when you pick your car up again.

I recently flew from Manchester and didn't need the booking info. The barrier just opened up after the camera recognised our number plate. Gatwick will be the same.

Take a copy of your statement showing the money being taken from your account.
