I inherited a bill last year, rang up to pay it... One lady told me not to bother as bill had no name.
I rang again about a different issues, new lady laughed and told me to contact back off office via email to pay with new property details.
I did that. I had a few issues in my email and they only responded to the one that wasn't bill related?!
That's months ago. My tenant contacted them to start paying too and they never got back to her either??
Not sure what to do next. We had similar issues with the electricity bill but that was very straightforward... I paid what estate owed and Tennant paid from date she moved in!
