Is regular paracetamol and ibuprofen ok if breastfeeding?

I've got 2 fractures in my right hand, a&e advised regular paracetamol and ibuprofen to keep on top of the pain, but I completely forgot to mention that 9 month old DS is still breastfeeding.

I know one off is OK but is taking full doses a few days in a row OK or should I try not to incase it goes into the milk too much?

Nhs says they are ok when breastfeeding

That's fine. I was on both round the clock after my C-section, hospital-prescribed.

I don’t know but I was receiving painkiller via drips post c section and encouraged to breast feed my daughter at the same time.

Breastfeeding Network gave me quick and informed responses when I was worried about a different medication so I would call them.
