I'm freaking out a bit about an email I received yesterday which I am 100% sure is a scam and would really appreciate any advice on anything I can do to protect myself from potential identity fraud.
The email was about an order I definitely did not make from an email address not even slightly resembling the company it claims to be from which I know is a fairly run of the mill scam but this one had my full name, address and mobile number! I don't know how they got these details but I have signed up to a few online survey sites so it's likely to be one of those. I did not click on any links and marked it as spam but if they already have my details that probably isn't enough to stop them applying for loans etc in my name, is there anything else I can do or anyone I can report this to?
