Just looking for ideas really. I have a close friemd and for the past year she really has went above and beyond for me. My dad is terminally ill with weeks left to live and because of family dynamics most of the sorting etc has been left to me which i dont mind but with three kids working full time (part time just now) and caring for my dad also its taking it's toll...my friend is constantly offering childcare and to keep me company whilst at my fathers or offering to pick things up for him and do me favours in general even though sje has a toddler and 6 month old. i've told her how much i appreciate everything and have picked up the odd bottle of wine etc to say thanks but I'd like to do something else for her to show bow much it means...i was thinking about a gift basket like a care package for her as i know she isnt keen on spas or things but dont have the first idea what id put in it to b honest 😣 so if anyone could give me any ideas would be much appreciated xx

Sorry to hear about your dad Flowers you sound like you have an amazing friend there. Could have a look at ready made gift hampers online can find some really nice ones

I'm so sorry about your Dad op Flowers you've got a solid diamond of a friend there and it's only right that you want to show her you appreciate everything. Consider all her favourite things for the hamper for now but absolutely 100% remember to return her kindness when she needs it so the relationship isn't one sided. I hope life gets easier for you soon Brew
