Half can of Sainsbury's vegetable soup
Two Ryvita Dark spread with Peanut Butter
Carrot sticks and half a small tub of smoked hummus.

High fat is in now, right??

What are you all having?

Sounds fine to me.

MaMisled · 14/08/2018 13:45

Sounds good.

I have whole wheat pasta, light garlic and herb Philadelphia , plum tomatoes, pickled gherkins and onions and spinach plus fruit and black coffee.

Would prefer Greggs sausage roll, bread pudding and a cappucino though.

Yeeeeah but Ryvita though Grin

The last time I went out and got a bit pissed with my work chums on a Friday (followed by the inevitable Big Mac), I saw on my phone the next day I'd be optimistically Googling 'high carb diet' on the bus on the way home while I was munching. That's a fad I could seriously get behind! Cake

Sounds banging MaMisled, do you stir the philly in when the pasta is hot?

It sounds fine but a bit mish/mash - it doesn't seem it would go well together and I'd probably still be hungry thereafter. It sounds like the lunch of someone who wants to lose weight but will most likely have a miserable time doing so. That's my Tuesday afternoon psychoanalysis done Grin

I had a glass of wine and a tuna salad.

I had Amy’s rice mac n cheese with a whole courgette. At least I mean an entire courgette, it was in chunks not whole. That would have been weird. Bloody love Amy’s meals.

I thought that but having soup as well really fills you up!

So healthy but potentially psychologically unhealthy is what you're saying? Grin

I do 5:2 and it's a :2 day so I've had a babybel and half a medium avocado for lunch. Yours sounds fine to me!

Secretsquirrel101 · 14/08/2018 13:56

Sounds good enough 🤷🏻‍♀️
I had a salad;
Mixed leaves, red pepper, cucumber, a bit of grated cheese, cottage cheese with pineapple, low fat coleslaw, a couple of Asda rolitos (chorizo wrapped around cheese, honestly amazing!) and a couple of sweet potato falafel things.
Not amaizngly healthy but gooooooood

Thisnamechanger · 14/08/2018 13:57

Goodness - whats for supper? Aren't you ravenous?

I bloody love a babybell or five

Yes I stir through hot pasta. It's delightful!

Piggyhoolier · 14/08/2018 14:00

Amy is a real person but her food is factory made. Sort of like Mr Kipling only I’m not sure about him actually existing in RL! Anyway, the rice mac n cheese is my guilty pleasure. Try it!

I do like maccers and cheese but don't like the breadcrumbs on top Sad
