Help needed working out these timings for travel!

So I had a GA yesterday and my head isn't with it! Can you help me work out the timings needed? I keep doubting myself!

I need to get from Birmingham to Peterborough, via Solihull and Redditch.

25 min drive to Redditch, 2 min stop, 10 min drive to Solihull, 45 min stop there, 1hr 45 drive to Peterborough, maybe 10 min coffee stop on the way.

If I need to be on site at Peterborough about 1pm, what time do I leave and what time will I arrive in Solihull?

Leave 11.05
Arrive in Peterbourgh 12.50

I would leave at 9.30

25 min drive plus 2 min stop takes you to nearly 10am.

10min drive to Solihull would be 10.10

45 min stop so you leave Solihull by say 11.00am

1hr 45 mins take you to 12.45 which leaves 15 mins to get a coffee and gives a little bit of leeway.
