If you have an ‘open’ FB page but that person doesn’t allow people to message them, if you have them as a FB messenger and had previous convos and can still see the convos can you still message them?

Don’t worry I think Iv answered my own question. I hadn’t blocked someone but couldn’t work out if they could still msg me or not.
