How can this company be allowed to trade. in my 2 years with them they have never been able to set up a direct debit amount correctly, I dont understand whats so hard about it.
They have now taken £643 last week for an amount that was set up only the month before for £89 per month. we go away on Friday and they have taken my savings out of my account. literally sat here in tears right now, what dance do I have of getting it back that quickly, they dont open until 8 and im panicking!
they have done this on numerous occasions and for the last year ive paid by standing order not had a problem, I only switched back as I realised I was paying too much by standing order.
