dropbox help quick !

Ok so separated from h, he shared some documents via dropbox which I need to try and save/print. I've been opening them and can see it says I've opened them 2 hours ago etc. Can he see this too?

managed to download but more worried about him wondering why I'm looking at them from some months ago.
