Of any type, chicken, beef, veggie etc. I've got my inlaws coming for two weeks and need some inspiration!

Thanks

Shortcut( but really delicious and quite authentic) pataks pastes, just follow the recipe on the jar.
More involved Maunika Gowan’s recipes, she has a free app and fantastic recipes. I’ve bought things like tamarind paste on amazon for some dishes, but plenty just use regular spices.

Oil, brown your onions, add garam masala, coriander powder, jeera, chilli powder/paprika and tuneric powder.. mix it add chicken and potatos cover it with the sauce, let it simmer, add water to you desired amount, and let it cook lid on! Ar the very end add lots and lots of fresh chopped coriander

Paneer from Fresh India. Tastes as good as anything I've had in a restaurant, and spectacularly easy.

I've got the rick stein curry book, butter chicken is amazing, way nicer than take away and not too tricky. The sag paneer is also lovely.

Her recipes look delicious, ohyes.

I'm feeling hungry just reading your suggestions!

This is really special, says it's for kids but all adults I've served it to enjoy it! Do a really hot veg curry to accompany it. www.sanjeevkapoor.com/Recipe/Butter-Chicken-Fun-Food-For-Fussy-Kids.html

I've got that book too, uptoo, and agree the butter chicken is amazing! And the chicken pasanda. It's a great book but I'm not so impressed with the lamb recipes.

This is my favourite lazy weekday curry, spinach and lentil. I always make twice the amount and have lunches too. www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/2315637/lentil-and-spinach-curry
