I've emailed Gousto on 3 occasions to let them know that the labelled veg they sent was underweight ( label said 120 gr but was 90 gr and 110 gr) and have had no reaction (photos send)despite me emailing twice plus spoken to live chat who's 1st question was - do you have photos? I answered no as thought I deleted them but hadnt. They said they couldn't do anything.....
I normally don't check their weights (honest!)as assume it will be on or over but bought asparagus elsewhere and it looked so much more so I checked.
Saturday I opened a packet of chicken ( use by date Sunday) and the whole kitchen smelled of rotten eggs and it was slimey. Again emailed them and no response.
So disappointed as we like a Gousto box now and again but after the chicken that was off ( came home after a full day of athletics competition and wanted an easy meal)I have paused our subscription.
Anybody else had the same problem or have I been blacklisted as the asparagus moaner....
