I ordered something on eBay and it’s already been a bit of a struggle with the sender one way and another.
Anyway the parcel has been sent but when I track it on Hermes it now says ‘large item, held, allow 48 hours’
However when looking online this seems to mean potentially not enough postage has been put on it or just that’s it is too large for Hermes to deliver.
Has anyone had this and received their parcel??
I suppose I will have to wait until Wednesday and see what happens before trying to contact the sender again.
Obviously I cannot speak to anyone at Hermes.
