I know some people can find the idea of a food cheat day controversial, but I was wondering what everyone thought of this concept?
Is it something you use to keep your diet in check? If so, have you had any success?
I have been trying to lose weight and I've been doing well for the last couple of weeks but today I have blown it big time! Everyone keeps saying to me 'never mind, you're allowed a cheat day' so I'm getting her impression it's the done thing?
