If you have a cleaner - what do you love ? - what do you hate ? - what would you like to have ?

Not looking for a debate on the ethics of having a cleaner 😁
Thinking of starting a cleaning company - possibly using as eco- friendly methods as possible. Wondered if you have a cleaner if you could tell me your thoughts. Things you love. Things you hate and anything you wished they did or offered.
Do you prefer them in a uniform ?
Would you prefer a team of 2 for an hour ?
What rate do you pay ?
Any name suggestions welcome as well x

Attention to detail, magic ability of making a perfectly acceptable pile into something more visually pleasing and stacked, the thoughtful touches she does - putting up kids fridge artwork, cooing over the pets, asking how family is.

Pay £15 per hour, no uniform although she wears a tabard to save clothes. Cleans solidly for 2 hours, but sometimes does a double up (2 cleaners, 1 hour).

I like to be sure that the same cloth that cleans the kitchen table didn't also clean the loo! I hate any cleaning cloth folded and draped over the tap which seems to be the "I wuz here" of some cleaners.

Pink for sink - blue for loo 😁

I like when ours does our floor and she gets our bathroom and kitchen looking cleaner than I do.
However, I hate that on closer inspection she has started to miss a lot of things and seems quite complacent now and that she never moves anything to clean behind it ever. Also whatever she uses on our floor smells far too strong it’s over powering. So I would like the ECO touch. Also she texts me when I am at work to say she is done and to let her know when I have transferred. I usually finish at 5 but sometimes it’s a bit later. If I haven’t transferred her money by 5:15 she texts me again reminding me to text when I have transferred as she is waiting to go shopping. She also sells Arbonne and keeps trying to get me to buy it and she has friended me on FB and added me to a ‘special’ annoying group.

I just want thorough dusting and hoovering with a good bathroom/ kitchen clean using lots of e cloths to polish.

"Thorough" always seems to be the issue but it's much easier to do a few bits myself than not to have a cleaner.

I pay £12 an hour in a northern city. I provide the materials.
