How do I help autistic DC to create Mods for Minecraft???

My DC has Aspergers and is getting very stressed trying to create a “Mod” for Minecraft. I’ve tried helping but it’s impossible to understand how to do it. Any ideas please? DC is becoming so upset and demoralised.

Hi dementedpixie - thanks for your post. My DC is trying to download some characters from “How To Train Your Dragon” which definitely exist but it seems nigh on impossible to obtain them for their Minecraft. It seems so, so complicated when I’ve tried to ease DC’s stress levels by having a go myself but the realisation that even Mummy couldn’t do it has simply made the situation worse in DC’s eyes!!
