Hi all

My son has asked for a children's book about warships (he's been inspired by a recent trip to Portsmouth). If any of you know of any particularly good ones, please could you let me know? He is about to turn 7 and really enjoys reading Asterix / Beast Quest.

Loads of choice in the NMRN shop. Was it any ship in particular that took his fancy?

Ah cool, thank you! He really liked the Warrior and the Victory.

I would look out for some vintage Ladybird books on second hand book sites, I collect than and they are generally very good on such subjects.

Victory is an incredible ship, I was lucky enough to work onboard her for two years and I loved it. I have a copy of the Nelson Horrible History from my time on there. Send me your address and I'll pop it in the post for him.
