What to cook with a pack of chicken drumsticks?

Bought for a bbq which isn’t happening (bloody rain)

I don’t think they come out very nicely when you roast them on their own, must be something more interesting I can do with them. Any suggestions?

Plenty of seasoning then take all the meat off once cooked and mix into pasta with veg.

Or just have with rice and a nice salad?

I do tandoori chicken but you can probably do them with any spice or curry powder. Slash the chicken, marinade in yoghurt, lemon juice and spice powder for as ling as you have, chuck in the oven.

cook and strip meat put in batchs with salad and mayo.
