I have an infection (and hole) in my wisdom tooth so my nerve is exposed.
I’ve been on antibiotics for 2 1/2 days and I’m in agony.
The pain is definitely worse today than it was yesterday.
I’m still getting temperatures, paracetamol is working for about an hour and that’s mainly taking the edge off it rather than pain relief, ibuprofen works for about 1.5 hours.
I’ve also used orajel extra strength which worked for about 2 minutes then I was in pain again.
Please somebody tell me it will be better soon my entire jaw aches at the moment. The dentist is closed until Monday and I can’t really go to a&e as I’m sure they’ll only prescribe co codimal which I don’t like taking as it makes me sick.
Any magic dental pain cures out there?
