How often do supermarkets receive a delivery of fresh produce eg veg and fruit?

Is it every day?

I’m trying to work out the best time to pick up fresh fruit and veg for lunches etc.

I am trying to avoid going shopping on a Sunday, so if there was no delivery then, I might as well go later on the Saturday, after a delivery if possible.
Please can anybody help? Replies will be very much appreciated.
I normally go to Asda for this as it’s easy to get to, plus diesel.
Thank you 💐

I have been going on a Sunday, but it just eats into the day, hence the question 🙂

Ask them! It varies by store but they will tell you if you ask.
If you feel embarrassed then ask about something that's out of stock.

@UpstartCrow, I’ll nip down later and ask then as I’m passing the supermarket at some point.
I am hoping somebody on MN who works at Asda might be able to help.
Thanks 🙂

I work at a supermarket, we get a delivery everyday at 5am, and work until roughly 10am putting it all out.

Everyday....overnight deliveries at my large supermarket.
