Hi all I applied for a possession order and non molestation order under legal aid but the legal aid was rejected so I can no longer apply for these orders as I can't pay privately.
It's a joint council tennancy.... what do I do next? What would you do? Any advice much appreciated because right now we have lost everything. Literally everything. My ex could still get partial custody and he is not fit to do that but I have very little physical proof. Just my word against his.
We have no home anymore... my kids need security. Please help
