Life has taken over and I don't have time for a spray tan - any advice on a good self tan (preferably available in Superdrug or Boots)? One that can be applied by an idiot (me) and will make me look like a bronzed goddess (or just not so Lilly white). TIA

You'll probably get advice in the style and beauty section that is better than this section.

Skinny tan coconut spray. Available as Superdrug

I like the st tropez express mousse. Goes on tinted then leave for 1 hour for light glow, 2 for medium and 3 for dark. I usually do 2 and then shower it off, the colour then deepens over the next 12 hour. It's a bit sticky going on and standing around for 2 hours when the kids are in bed is weird but it's the best one I've used!

I prefer the gradual tans, just use like moisturiser after shower or bath and colour develops over 3 or 4 days, they are much more natural looking. I use the l'loreal one, only about £5 from boots.
