Expensive beauty treatment that hasn't worked. What should I do?

Okay here's the situation.

I just got lvl lashes done which cost 45 pounds so not the cheapest treatment but in the past I've had great results.

I'm quite awkward and shy so struggle to deal with stuff like this but today when I paid I said can we get more of a lift next time because sometimes it doesn't work as well and she just blamed it on my lashes being too long.

Got home and the only difference is that they're black so could of just dyed them myself.

I'm really not happy as when another person there has done them I've had great results. I live in middle of nowhere so also don't want to cause a problem as I'd have to travel far to get this elsewhere.

What would you do?

Honestly? Chalk it up to experience and leave my eyelashes alone in future.

I would absolutely say something. Could you email them? £45 is a lot of money and you're not happy with the results-you're entitled therefore, for some money back or another treatment to try again surely? How disappointing
