Has anyone else taken the NHS salary sacrifice and feel like they are being conned? My understanding of it was as a salary sacrifice your annual wages drop by x amount therefore paying less tax and NI etc.... however my tax code has changed and I’m paying more tax then I was before I had the car I feel this has been Mis-sold, I’ve spoken to by HMRC and they say they just process the P11D as they come in and it’s put as a company car, Payroll have no idea but agree it doesn’t sound correct and Tusker just say it’s right and roll of a load of words I don’t understand!
