I'd love some advice and/or told to just suck it up if needs be.
There's a communal green area outside my block of flats (diagram attached). This area is sadly never used as a space for children or space to relax as it is only used as a place that people take their dogs to crap and run around. It is enclosed by 3 blocks of flats flats (2 flats wide and 3 floors each) and some houses but is used mainly by people who live not in the vicinity of the houses/flats. I live in London and near a main road so it's v built up.
The issue is that people are so bloody loud with their dogs in this area. Shouting their names or commands to their dogs or if they're with a friend usually shouting across the green area (it's not very large) to each other. Obviously they're not being rude and I guess they have to take their dog to poo somewhere although many people don't clean up the poo! my gripe really is that the shouting and dogs barking in the green area is waking up my 9mo DS day and night. It's not just one person either is lots of different people.
What can I do, if anything?
