Having anxiety I tend to overthink. Last night my DP woke up in a hot sweat which then turned into an asthma attack. I of course then start to panic what about if something like this happens whilst we are on holiday and he can’t control it. We are Going on holiday on Friday and where we are there isn’t a hospital for about an hour. He’s very good at controlling it and never had a problem in the past but this is the first time he’s had a hot sweat he said since he was about 10. So my Brain starts going 100 mph thinking about all these scenarios. Anyone got any ideas about how to control this. Usually my anxiety attacks last for a few minutes and I’m usually pretty good at controlling them but for some reason this one is stuck in my head 😩
